In Japan, Nicolai Bergmann is well known for unique “flower box” arrangements, which are popular seasonal gifts. With a commerce website and retail shops across Japan, their business depends on speedy sales and delivery of premium quality products. Designers and sales people need seamless communication for sharing marketing assets throughout all stages of development—from photo shoots to digital and print media publication. Their growing team was seeking more efficient IT systems that provided unlimited access to shared resources, so they could be free to focus on creating and selling products.

After assessing Nicolai Bergmann's situation, current needs and brand aspirations, Sentree assumed the role of an in-house IT team and devised a four-pronged approach. We began by leveraging cloud services for secure, effective communication and collaboration. Next, we helped to manage the expansion of office infrastructure while consolidating multiple networks to allow for easy access to shared printers and documents. Third, we initiated a proper backup, storage and data sharing plan for both external contractors and internal staff to protect sensitive data while enabling universal collaboration. Finally, we provided proactive support and maintenance of infrastructure, including a growing number of mobile devices. We also set up systems for managing documentation, upgrades, security patches, and backups.
